Goofs:
Errors in Geography
The Romanian flag is visible in many shots at the beginning of the movie. Moreover at 26.29 minutes, mostly the Romanian Palace of Parliament is clearly visible.

Errors in Geography
The motorcycle chase in the subway train was recorded most likely in Italy. Warsaw metro looks very different, also all the signs are visible are either in English or Italian.

Errors in Geography
The first scene was not filmed in Warsaw, there is no bridge like that in Warsaw, also the licence plate is fake and the white small car that is shown on the begining of the movie has a CZ sign on the left side meaning that most probably shooting took place in the Czech republic, and not Warsaw.

Errors in Geography
The road signs mentioned are in fact Canadian, on Highway 401 leading out of Windsor, Ontario.

Revealing Mistakes
When uncle Paddy is talking with the Reverend about "the Gospel according to James" robbery in Amsterdam, you see a guy running through the Streets in a city. He stumbles into a car with Italian license plate and several romanian cars. Also in background you see a billboard with the text "Unitatea ecologica". The police officer who's chasing the guy wears a uniform which is clearly not dutch. Lastly the street signs are not the kind which you will find in Amsterdam. All those things suggest that this was not filmed in Amsterdam but in Bucharest (Romania). In several shots the Romanian flag is clearly visible and at min 5.06 the metro station is Piata Universitate (the exit is Pasajul Intercontinental).

Errors in Geography
The first scene is not in Warsaw but in Budapest. Buda castle and the chain bridge are clearly visible.
Trivia:
Jason Jones' wife Samantha Bee, and Chris Diamantopoulos' brother Gus lived next door to each other in the same downtown Toronto building.
