Pauly (Kunchacko Boban) leads a privileged life as a politician in his village. As he belongs to a wealthy family and does not have to earn anything for his family, his entire focus is on working for the welfare of his village, and helping in the development of the village.
However, when Pauly's father, an Army officer is killed in a terrorist attack, Pauly is forced to place this social responsibilities on the back-burner, and devote time towards looking after his family.
As his father died during his service period, his family becomes eligible for some financial compensation from the government. True to his selfless nature, Pauly decides to use this money for doing something good for the village.
He decides to reopen the closed biscuit company in their village. His friends Becker (Aju Varghese), Murukan (Niyaz Becker), and Udayan (Dr Rony) join him in his attempts. The crux of the movie follows the various challenges and obstacles they face in the process of trying to setup the factory, as Sukumaran Nair (Vijayaraghavan), the Panchayath President and a member of the opposition Party try to disrupt there efforts.
How will Pauly and his entourage deal with these negative forces? Will they succeed in setting up the factory, and making it a successful source of employment and financial security for their village?
