Passport (1961)

The Bombay city police are on the run to catch a thief who runs from them. He gets killed in the process and the jewels he had stolen traces back to the Bhagwandas jewelry shop whose owner Bhagwandas and his silent partner Shekhar claim that they know nothing of such happenings. The police take in their employer Munim who will travelling to the station kills himself. The story gets more mysterious when the police are baffled as to why Munim killed himself?? they come to learn that Shekhar was actually a criminal don named Shyamlal. There is no evidence that Shekhar is shyamlal.
