With Indian forces unable to regain control, guests must battle for 4 days to survive as the terrorists seek to drive them out of hiding. The film is inspired by the Mumbai terrorist attacks of November 2008 and follows the harrowing events from the perspectives of both hostages and terrorists over the course of the devastating three-day siege in Mumbai's Taj Mahal Hotel.

The film goes into the Mumbai terrorist attacks and explains it from the perspectives of both hostages and one of the terrorists.

Prior to principal photography writer-director-producer Lliam Worthington visited to Mumbai in India twice to research the 2008 Mumbai terrorist attacks.
