Madhu is a charming womaniser, who makes a hobby of having extramarital affairs with various women, including those who are married. Slowly, Rekha begins to suspect Madhu, which slowly builds deep conflict and antagonism between them. Rekha is a loving wife and a homemaker, who is torn between accepting her husband and living a separated life after having discovered the travails of her own father.
