Madhosh (1974)

This emotionally charged romantic drama revolves around Goldie ( Rakesh Roshan), a talented singer who performed at a nightclub. His best friend, Raj is a wealthy young man, who leads a lavish and indulgent lifestyle. Goldie disapproves of Raj's lecherous and predatory attitude towards women, continually resisting his forceful advances against women. When his mother asks Raj to go check on one of their timber estates, He almost immediately finds himself infatuated with a feisty village belle named Meenal (Reena Roy). When he forces himself upon her violently, she fights back. Now obsessed, Raj begins to slow science of correcting his errant ways, and begs her to marry him. Meenal, hopeful of converting Raj into an outstanding citizen, and under pressure of saving his soul, agrees to the marriage proposal. However, Raj is soon back to his old ways leaving Meenal in despair. Finally, she finds succour in the arms of Goldie, who falls in love with her. Will Meenal and Goldie live happily ever after?
