Joe Taslim was born on the 23rd of June 1981. He is an Indonesian actor, model, and martial artist well known for the Indonesian action film The Raid: Redemption (2011). He also became internationally recognized due to his villainous role in Fast & Furious 6 (2013), alongside Hollywood stars such as Vin Diesel, Dwayne Johnson and Paul Walker. He also played a high-rank Federation officer of Anderson Le and turned to be an alien Manas in Star Trek Beyond (2016), alongside Chris Pine and Idris Elba.
