He's Out There (2018)

With her husband Shawn planning to arrive later, Laura takes her two young daughters, Kayla and Maddie, to a remote lake house for their annual family getaway. When they arrive, area resident Owen mentions that the family who previously lived in the house had a son named John who went missing. As it turns out 'John' has been lurking in the shadows for years every time the family took a holiday and even left a children's picture book to help them cope with the terrifying scenario he has meticulously planned. Now the mother and her two young daughters must fight for survival after falling into a terrifying and bizarre nightmare conceived by the psychopath.
