Hamari Beti (1950)

A 3 year old girl loses her mother and gets separated from her during a car accident, meets with two men who adopt her and start to care for her. Out of the two men, one man is a poor illiterate who never took life seriously until he meets this child and starts to work for bringing her up responsibly, another man is an educated barrister who lead a lazy life, has this child changing his mindset and he decides to adopt her. The barrister decides to give her a mother by marrying a woman who could care for the child. The child grows up to be a beautiful maiden who falls in love with a handsome singer. The Mother who lost her child starts searching for her, during a particular situation she becomes a hindrance to her own daughters marriage to the singer. Will the mother and daughter ever reunite??
