Ranga is a smart and savvy young man, who always finds a solution for all his problems with his wit and wisdom. He is in love with Kamala, a beautiful woman, who is ill and in the hospital.

After they get married, Kamala is tragically diagnosed with blood cancer. The hospital requires a huge sum for her treatment. Despite all his financial woes, Ranga agrees to pay the fee as long as Kamala gets the best possible care.

After witnessing a young woman get into trouble, Ranga saves her from a bunch of goons. Later, he learns that she is Meena and she belongs to a wealthy family.

In order to fulfill his goal of collecting the funds required for Kamala's treatment Ranga is ready to do whatever it takes, even deceive people. How will Kamala react when she comes to know the truth about her condition? Will Ranga succeed in saving his beloved?
