A middle class City youth starts to realize the irony of the (Indian) democracy when his dying freedom fighter grandfather wishes to have a last look at a Spinning Wheel (a symbol of self reliance propagated by Gandhi) and desperately trying to get one for his grandfather he breaks into the Gandhi Museum.
