Set in the year 1942, when the Japanese Navy has swept across the Pacific and in an effort to entrap them, the United States carrier group were positioned accordingly. During the war, the two men army crew of a U.S. Navy dive bomber are forced to ditch into the sea where they try to survive and look for their comrades for rescue. The ragtag crew of a PBY Catalina is sent to rescue the men and as the days pass by the men are forced to face their mortality with their fading chance at being rescued.
