Bangla Naache Bhangra (2013)

A handsome Bengali boy, Raj and a strong-willed Punjabi Sikh girl, Simran are students at a delightful co-education college. When these two are asked to team up for a competition, heated arguments and seeming hate quickly spark attraction and culminate in love. However, Simran's traditional and conservative Punjabi family is unwilling to accept Raj as their prospective bridegroom and aggressively reject the relationship even resorting to merciless violence. Can Raj assure them of his love and win the approval of Simran's family?
